We can expect to see some excellent article write ups in the very near future as a variety of GlobalVerge products have been sent to various agencies in order for them to be reviewed.

GlobalVerge Court Awards

Three Court judgements have been handed down in favor of GlobalVerge so far. As well as being awarded more than $43 million against Zero1 and Ben Piilani in two separate awards, GlobalVerge was then awarded an additional $174,000 against the Zero1 investors.

A further 20 prosecutions of individuals and companies are presently in process, all of which are expected to be awarded to GlobalVerge and hopefully final judgements will come down within the coming month.

We want our members to know that GlobalVerge are not taking these actions to be vindictive or to make financial gains. Our focus has always been on moving forward: But to do that we need to clear all the misrepresentation that has been caused by various transgressions.

We are taking these actions in order to protect the reputation of both our company and our members and to ensure that any ‘would be rivals’ will understand that GlobalVerge is a ‘force not to be taken lightly.’

The ‘Collective Perspective.’

As Ted Robbins has been stating over the past few weeks: ‘We have never been more confident in our business and the opportunity that we have for you. I absolutely know that we are in the most positive position that we have ever been in. We clearly have exciting days ahead.’

However certain e-Associate members have decided to leave Global Verge to pursue another telecommunications opportunity. We wish them well.

At the same time GlobalVerge have been receiving numerous calls and emails from current e-Associates who are offended about the communications they have been receiving from some of these people.

If you do receive any messages that either suggest you are slanderous in any way and/or are being ‘recruited’ to join another ‘opportunity’ do not hesitate to forward this information to GlobalVerge Compliance at compliance@globalverge.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Now that the air has been cleared, we particularly want you to know that if your upline has chosen to leave GlobalVerge you do not have to feel threatened or alone.

Our approach of working from a ‘collective perspective’ ie rejecting an egocentric approach, has not worked for some people but we feel very strongly about it.

We believe that everyone is equal. We believe that there is no one group or no one person that is a greater leader than another.

When you are told ‘We Want You’ you should feel proud of that fact. You are a leader yourself. You are in control of YOUR team. Therefore, don’t ever feel that you have to turn in a certain direction because someone in front of you says this is the way we are turning: Even if your team only consists of one.

In his message on Feb 17 2010 Ted also said:

I personally want you to understand that I know that we have a very intelligent base of e-Associates that made up their own minds when they joined us, made up their own minds when they decided to continue with us or even decided to put their autoship on hold and sit back. So certainly we understand that you are intelligent enough to make your own decisions going forward.

At Global Verge Corporate we know what we have. We know what is coming and we know how difficult it is to pull it off. Certainly you have witnessed this. And frankly we feel badly for anyone that chooses to take a different direction, but of course this is their prerogative.

With what we have now and have been striving after for many months, we know we can’t be touched .. However, you have to do what feels good for you.

When our doors reopen in the coming weeks for the phones and the service that we have so diligently worked to establish, the flood gates will be like nothing we have ever experienced before (including the rush we had last summer.) And this will be because the offering we will have, will be like nothing anyone has ever experienced.

Ted concluded by saying:

I have so appreciated every call and email. My heart goes out to each of you. We are here. And, regardless of the rhetoric you are being fed, we will always be here. We are not going anywhere. The only thing left to say is that when we hit shore, get out of the way because we have the product and we promise to over deliver.

NEW Phone System for Support at Global Verge and Global Mobile 1

The entire GlobalVerge Support facility has now changed.

All GlobalVerge phones were taken down last weekend in preparation for the installation of the new system with many of the latest features.

This new enhanced system will have excellent routing capabilities. And so over the coming days and weeks you can expect to see more prompting features added.

You can also expect to see these prompting features change as GlobalVerge continues to upgrade with different accesses to the system.

For instance: One of the accesses that has already been added is a prompting for Triple Diamond Leaders that will enable them to reach a special consultant, assigned to help them in their leadership.

This system will now provide a first-rate service for the upline Triple Diamond Leaders to resolve any issues any members of their group may have.

Other numbers will also be added for different products in the future.

Note 1: The new numbers listed below are toll free numbers.

Note 2: It is important that the phone numbers for the different departments are distinguished and that e-Associates members call appropriate number for their questions.

Summary from Ted’s message: Relating to Global Mobile 1

GlobalVerge are in the process of branding our phones to Global Mobile1.

However accomplishing this GlobalVerge must have an inventory that:

1. Will fulfill the anticipated flood of initial orders,

2. Will be replenished perpetually by our manufacturing vendors in a timely and systematic fashion.

Some of the immensely detailed undertakings that are currently in process before retail ordering can commence:

1. Thousands of phones have to be configured and shipped

2. The tracking system and ordering interface must be fully operative and user friendly.

3. Contractual agreements with vendors around the world for the phones to be branded to Global Mobile1

GlobalVerge have listened to the membership voice, indicating the desire for the mobile products .. When they are 100% ready.

Therefore Global Mobile 1 will not fully launch for approximately another 4 to 6 weeks.

If you have ordered a CDMA or GSM smart phone and it has finally arrived:

Any smart phones that have been ordered and shipped already cannot be activated now until the GlobalVerge branding and integration processes have been completed, in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

GlobalVerge will allow you to return the phone for full credit towards one of the upgraded branded models.

Customers on an existing plan with a smart phone:

Can and will be able to continue using the existing network and renew their calling plans each month.

If you have ordered a smart phone but have not yet received it, you have these options:

1. Cancel your order for a full refund.

2. Have GlobalVerge send you the phone .. You can sell it and make a profit.

3. Have GlobalVerge send you the phone .. Send it back to GlobalVerge to have it activated and flashed with full branding. Note: In some cases you may not have to send the phone back in for this.

4. Have GlobalVerge keep the phone and send it to you fully branded once we are fully functional in 4-6 weeks.

Currently GlobalVerge have been calling e-Associates who have orders, to find out what their preference is. But it will be much more efficient to utilize the support ticket function.

So if any of the above situations are applicable to you .. PLEASE send GlobalVerge a Support Ticket INDICATING WHICH OF THE ABOVE PREFERENCES YOU PREFER.

Ted concluded his message by saying:

The most exciting news out of all of this is that once we are up, this is going to ROCK.

Our mid range to high end phones will utilize both GSM and CDMA to give the absolute best coverage in the market place.

Combine that with our highly rewarding compensation plan and all the other things that we have in store for you and you will know why your ‘gut feeling’ told you to weather this storm.

It is our strong belief that in order to be successful we must position our operations so that customers cannot distinguish any significant differences in service or network performance from that of a major carrier. Yet we will be able to offer special affinity to our customers.

Other mobile resellers have little or no brand recognition. Because of the strength of our membership sales force we intend to become well known and well positioned in the market place.

With all that we have come through it has taken us a while to get everything together to garner the financing and sufficient agreements so that we can provide the great service we intend to provide. But we have accomplished this now.

We have been juggling so many balls and attempting to please everyone. This kind of action results in reacting to chaos and pleasing few. Thankfully we have turned to and relied on expert advice and are poised now to turn this giant boat into the direction of the sun.

And the Bottom line is: Our commitment from this point forward is to under promise and over deliver.

Take this to heart in all I have said. And, I want all of you to know that we truly are at the pinnacle right now and have been working on a plan that will reward and benefit everyone of you for your loyalty. You deserve it and we know this.

There is SO much to relay after our Biz Power Team Webinar yesterday * When our guest speaker was Ted Robbins, the President of Global Verge
